Thiruvananthapuram: Following the rising agitations amid the supreme court order on Sabarimala row, the Travancore Devaswom Board (TDB) has decided to move for a consensus on the Supreme Court order.

TDB members have called the tantri family, Ayyappa Seva Sangam and Pandalam family representatives for discussion in Thiruvananthapuram on Tuesday.

A Padmakumar who is the president of the Travancore Devaswom Board said that they will discuss the things that can be done to conduct the mandala makaravilakku ulsavam in mandala kalam, also known as mandala masam which is the main pilgrimage season of the shrine.

“I don’t support politicizing the Sabarimala issue. The devotees also don’t prefer that. The board will not try to disrupt the poojas and customs,” said Padmakumar.
