Kerala way behind in road development: Gadkari

12TH_oped_gadkari_103472eNew Delhi: Road Transport and Highways minister Nithin Gadkari said here on Friday that Kerala is lagging behind in road development. The minister said the centre is ready to give Rs 2500 cr for development of roads. If the project comes up then funds would not be a problem, he said.

He said approval has been granted for the Adimali-Cheruthonni, Kottarakara and Pampa Highways and the Thalassery Mahe Bypass will be made a 4-lane.
